- MBmartin bakerFeb 8, 20211.0I understand things can be difficult with the Covid virus but my experience here was far worse than what it should have been. The teller I spoke with at this branch was very unfriendly and abrupt when I went in to do a wire transfer. All the better they won't help you at the counter, you need to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. There were only two customers being serviced but I couldn't wait until one was done. When I called to make an appointment I discovered there was nothing available until tomorrow. They're doing a great job taking care of themselves. Too bad if you're a customer. It's difficult for us as well. Too bad though, there's no flexibility.
