This gentleman is very pleasing and comforting to bank customers he displays the utmost respect, kindness, politeness to everyone he encounters in front of him, he makes bank customers feel well taken care of and he just doesn’t go above and beyond to help the people in the bank, but he goes far and wide to make sure customers are satisfied and leave the bank with the biggest and brightest smile feeling great just to be helped by Joel I think each and every business not just banks but every business that exists could learn from his conduct and characteristics so shout out to Joel.
