- SOSandra Rosas OldenJan 18, 20192.0This Wells Fargo location tends to get busy. I don't really like how they have their inside set up. There are too many clear walls between you and the tellers. It seems very impersonal and sometimes it's hard to hear the teller. I've been to other branches in San Jose and the tellers are not in glass cages. Being in a branch that doesn't feel the need for such high security makes me feel safer.
