We have always been doing business at this branch for years and were very satisfied with the quality of services. Recently we had a tough dispute about a credit card charge at a major online store. The branch manager, Ms. Cinny H, went extra miles for us to help set up the case, sort through the jungle and followed up every step of the way over a period of 3 months. The case was eventually settled to our satisfaction thanks to her and her team for the dedicated customer service. It was an ultimate private banking experience that far exceeded our expectations.
