From the initial contact they were on top of the transaction and stayed ahead of any possible hiccups. They would reach out to me to ask how things were going and always assisted with documentation (scanning and copying). Emails from Allina (the Mortgage Consultant) were very helpful, she followed through, and she did an excellent job at keeping everyone posted. Her guidance throughout the process was priceless.
