    Lazy people!!! I went to talk about my account, they said: call to customer service. I tell them I’m here, I’d like to talk in person… they said you have to make appointment. I said ok! Let’s do the appointment… they in word final is better you call to customer service. Thanks for nothing

    I have had a very bad experience with this branch, the worst of all in the Bay Area. I am a contractor and my clients pay by check; I have an old client who makes me several weekly payments with a check from this bank, therefore, I must change them as he pays me. There have been countless times that I have had to tell my client (who is an elderly person) to make me a new check because everything is a problem for the cashiers of this branch, starting with "the letter is not the same", "this is not a Z, it looks like an S", "the signature does not match", "we do not accept marked checks", but today's excuse not to change the check was absolutely out of context: "we do not have cash". Omg! It's a bank, which bank doesn't have money? I didn't go to cash a check for thousands of dollars. But well, whatever. I do not recommend this branch to carry out your procedures, no employee is friendly, they do not help you in the process, the managing supervisor does not solve. Here you waste your time and your patience. DISCRIMINATION!

    This web page says open until 6 and ii DOES NOT STAY OPEN UNTIL 6. AND NOW I AM SCREWED ON A RENT PAYMENT I HAD TO MAKE!!!! IT IS NOT THAT HARD TO KEEP THE INFORMATION ACCURATE!!!! I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!!
