- YWYiyi WuJul 3, 20251.00 if possible. pls don't waste your time to try to call to make an appt -- btw they decline service to you if without appt -- it's an infinite loop between choosing language and getting connected to branch and music and then back to choosing language. If citi wants to decline service and push potential customers to elsewhere, they have been very successful.
