I have recently revisite this branch only to be helped by a new face who also claims to be a supervisor. I deposited a check that was placed on unnecessary hold and only because this individual judge me by my appearance. I reached out to customer care and was even told that hold on the check was not necessary. When I asked this individual how long I have been this bank they gave me the wrong date because they didn't care or even bother to look. My appearance was all that mattered. She was very unprofessional in my opinion. I hate leaving negative reviews and in most cases would avoid them. What she did was completely wrong

So i walked out. Very unprofessional. If she wasn't going to help me. She could've just said that. She could've said "One of us will call you when the paperwork is ready". Instead she said that she would call me to her desk then proceeded to help someone else with a process that takes at least thirty minutes. 😒 ....Yes i waited the Ten minutes.
