- AMAnthony MartinezDec 31, 20251.0This bank is the worst bank when it comes to scammers. The bank will not help you get your money back from a fraudulent transaction. Investigation went on for 90 days and they came up with saying it was my fault and they couldn’t help me. Someone hacked my account and transferred money out from my life savings and checking account. Was the worst experience I have ever been through. I pray no one goes through what i went through. I work to hard to earn the money thats gone for household bills once i get paid normally and to have it stolen through your company application is so sad.

She made me write a letter and never send the documents. Waited a week and nothing. Going to a different branch next time.

- SSSteveOct 2, 20251.0I have visited this branch a few times and all of the employees have ever interacted with have always been so helpful and kind. I have recently revisite this branch only to be helped by a new face who also claims to be a supervisor. I deposited a check that was placed on unnecessary hold and only because this individual judge me by my appearance. I reached out to customer care and was even told that hold on the check was not necessary. When I asked this individual how long I have been this bank they gave me the wrong date because they didn't care or even bother to look. My appearance was all that mattered. She was very unprofessional in my opinion. I hate leaving negative reviews and in most cases would avoid them. What she did was completely wrong
