  The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She smirked at me and said, “You don’t know your PIN?” and then dismissed me by saying they couldn’t help process my cashier’s check, as if I were an idiot. People forget things sometimes—that doesn’t justify mocking or talking down to a customer. Smirking and dismissing someone is the opposite of customer service. If you work behind a window dealing with the public, basic respect should be expected.

  I visited the East West Bank branch at 800 Valley Blvd, San Gabriel, CA to open a personal account. Unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. The staff and branch manager asked many irrelevant and overly personal questions about my home ownership and family matters, which felt invasive and unnecessary. I left the branch feeling uncomfortable and interrogated, and I did not open an account there. Interestingly, I later visited another East West Bank branch and was able to open an account quickly and professionally, with polite staff who treated me respectfully. It’s clear that the San Gabriel branch needs to improve their customer service and respect for privacy. I hope the bank takes this seriously for future customers.

  One of older female tellers have very bad attitude ，poorly trained, and are incapable of serving customers. she deliberately make things more difficulty . Is this company paying her just to enjoy the air conditioning? I am very disappointed as a customer of over ten years. Do not have business with them！！
