It is more convenient and less crowded during the middle of the month. You'll feel like comfortable and the bank tellers are professional and nice.

He kept asking him what's his problem and that he is just simply standing in line waiting to cash a check. Mr. Huerta who claimed he was the branch manager kept asking him personal questions about who wrote the check, how do you know them, we are going to have to call and verify. He then said that's all fine. He then pulled him from teller after he was in line for 15 minutes to verify the check. It took another 10 minutes to verify the check, then he made him wait in line again from the very back. I am seriously thinking of closing my account there. I have been with them for years and never heard of anything like this. Mr. Huerta claimed he was the branch manager and it is there policy only at that branch.
