- IWIlsa WNov 10, 20254.0Visited this branch to change my name after getting married. I walked in around 3:30 hoping they could see me but the teller informed me the bankers appointments were full. However, she double checked with a manager and one of the bankers was able to fit me in before her 4pm appointment. The process was quick and easy and everyone was very helpful

Despite that history I am repeatedly treated poorly at this branch. In late August I merely tried to get quarters for laundry and was told no...I had to argue to get just one roll. Aside from these more minor experiences, Wells Fargo as a whole is a horrible bank that defrauds their customers. I moved the bulk of my money to another bank that offers 5 times the interest, and it has been incredible. That bank is the one where you open accounts at a cafe, in 5 minutes. Suck on it wells Fargo. WHACK
