- JJJuliaJan 15, 20225.0I think it's an EXCELLENT branch. Every time I go, I get SUPER service. Really! Once I had new shoes on and had blisters, so a teller got me a bandaid! In my own branch on Geary & 19th, I can't even get a teller to answer my question without attitude, so I was STUNNED by their kindness. One time, I got a wallet stolen before an overseas trip. I ran to this branch, screaming and crying, and the very nice lady called the cards for me because I was incoherent, got me water and spent a good chunk of time with me when she didn't have to. During the pandemic, they had a very safe and efficient way of moving people through the branch. It was quick too, I was very impressed. Instead of going to my own branch which is awful, I get on a bus and come here and it's always worth a trip!
