- OSOran ScottAug 8, 20231.0ANSWER YOUR PHONE!! Called three times today no answer. Went to the branch wasted a space in line, wasted the tellers time, wasted my time. All for a simple question that could of been answered in one minute on the phone. Now I have to come back and waste more of my time for a simple task. If Wells Fargo doesn’t think my time is valuable they must not value my business as a customer. Seriously considering changing banks at this point!
