  Branch leadership are not helpful or critical thinkers. Customer service is not a priority at this branch and I’m moving my relationship to Chase after 23 years with Wells Fargo.

  I’ve been a Wells Fargo business, personal, auto loan, and business credit line customer for 11 years. After constantly being lied to or having terms changed on service fees, reinstating service fees that I was told were gone, after several trips to branches over the years to ‘remedy’ these recurring problems and being assured it was solved, after being part of the class action pay out for having accounts opened in my name- I was notified my account I haven’t been using is overdrawn once again to monthly service fees I was told were non existent. I finally decided to close all my WF accounts and on the phone they told me they would not reverse the fees and I’d owe $3. I went to a branch now after an hour on the phone and now 40 minutes waiting to talk to a banker on my day off. Most scumbag lying scamming business I’ve ever dealt with.
