- NCNetwork Of careJul 28, 20231.0There is never anyone there to help you, i had an appointment and it took Lidia Davis 10 minutes to show up, completely incompetent, didn't know what to do, waisted an hour of my time. The branch manager is never to be found. S/he has never been available for anything in years. went to the closest wells branch in Irving street. true professionals, answered all my questions, help me with my need, both banker and the branch manager showed up and it was all done in 10 minutes. Wells Fargo, just close this branch on Haight, if they are not going to do anything at all, if there is no one ever there, if they are rude to your clients, if they dont know what they are doing, they are actually a negative in terms of service.

- OSOran ScottNov 5, 20201.0Rarely open, when they are open, there is only one teller so you end up waiting for 30+ minutes sometimes. Also the hours are horrible, and not open on weekends anymore. Wells Fargo just needs to close this location or start paying their employees a living SF wage! So it can actually be staffed with people that want to work there. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
