The branch manager is never to be found. S/he has never been available for anything in years. went to the closest wells branch in Irving street. true professionals, answered all my questions, help me with my need, both banker and the branch manager showed up and it was all done in 10 minutes. Wells Fargo, just close this branch on Haight, if they are not going to do anything at all, if there is no one ever there, if they are rude to your clients, if they dont know what they are doing, they are actually a negative in terms of service.
