  This is my new favorite branch now since the one I liked closed permanently. The staffs are very nice. Jack and the other Latino man wears glasses(I forgot his name) at the counter are patient and efficient at the same time. They were always there every time I went. Marko is always smiling and fill with energy. He will come say hi every time. Donna, one of the bankers, was extremely helpful. She helped me completed a few transactions all at once back in April this year. She saved me all the back and forth and time! I can't appreciate more to these staffs at the Fillmore branch. Update 10/10/25: Jack Pan and Brian Gomez are the nice staffs at the counter. Marko helped me again with a wire transaction today.

  Scheduled a wire transfer here first thing in the morning to make a down payment for a home purchase (time sensitive for this particular transaction). The banker that helped me advised that it would be sent out and even introduced me to the branch manager before I left. Hours later I receive word from the title company that the transfer hasn't gone through yet, so I call the bank and ask them what's the hold up. Another banker says that it's still in the queue for a 2nd approver as it's over a certain amount. Are you kidding me?! Store manager that I was introduced to before I left...what were you doing the whole morning?
