- PMPat MullenSep 3, 20251.0One star because it wouldn't post with none! They cannot deliver as promised on a wire transfer! A week into trying to get a transfer done over equipment I sold a guy and I'm spending hours every day calling and trying to get any information on this wire. They chang the street address on August 29th without telling anyone, so they held the wire for two days then returned it instead of fixing the problem internally. Attempt #2 they still can't find after 30 hours when it was sent to the new address, so I have to call the guy again and ask if it was returned. Incompetence at its finest and on display. Did I mention that I opened this account strictly to be able to handle wire transfers for my business? Round two of Wells Fargo's ignorance, I sent two identical Zelle transfers, one to Wells Fargo and one to Discover. Both online checking accounts, Discover had it and posted within hours, six days later and Wells Fargo still cannot find the one I sent them
