    This is probably one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had in my career. The branch is consistently understaffed—you can wait in line for more than 45 minutes. Management occasionally comes down the line to ask if you need help. Yes, we do: go behind the counter and actually help the dozens of people waiting. On one visit, I was reprimanded like a child by the cashier, simply because I had coins that weren’t rolled. Sorry, I didn’t have enough coins to make a roll, but treating customers with that kind of attitude is unacceptable. His mindset is very inconsistent—spending lots of time with some guests while dismissing or scolding others. This morning brought yet another unpleasant experience. I was told I had to wait on the other side of the sidewalk. For years, I’ve stood a few feet in front of the door, without issue. When I asked why, the staff member told me, “Ask my manager.” If you want customers to respect a rule, at least be able to explain it. We are not in Russia—people can ask questions and deserve reasonable answers. As far as I know, the sidewalk is a public space; Wells Fargo doesn’t own it and shouldn’t make arbitrary rules about it. To make matters worse, the security guard is often seen either watching videos on his phone or even sleeping right at the front door. Not only is that unprofessional, but it also makes customers feel unsafe and unwelcome as they enter the branch. That being said, there is one cashier, Randy who genuinely stands out. He is always smiling, helpful, and sincerely kind. His pleasant attitude makes the experience calmer and softer, and he deserves recognition for being the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating branch. Overall, such a disappointing experience at this location: poor service, lack of staff, dismissive attitudes, and inadequate security presence.

    If you need to make an appointment with a banker, I recommend Patrisha! Very empathetic, efficient, and knowledgeable too :)

    Manager is great. Staff are extremely poor in performance when manager is not available. Staff only take appointment to open bank account. They don’t care of earning customers are acquiring new customers place. Taylor’s is very busy. I don’t recommend opening a new account here unless you make an appointment
