For more than 4 months, the bank said they would get back to me but instead I had to call them back to see if I get an approval of this ancient coin I was carrying as an exchange for cash and this representative had the nerve to tell me to "talk normally" was because I was raising my voice due to heavy traffic from above the bridge. So I asked him to speak a lil louder because again, the traffic sounds was taking over my ears so I could not hear a word he was saying and I do know it was one of the representatives that I have previously met a week before I went all the way to Houston from San Francisco to visit. I wish he can be more understanding enough to not to be so rude to me over the phone.
