- LJLISA JUNGDec 6, 20255.0I’ve been with Patelco since the 90s, and over the years I’ve really come to love this credit union and everything it offers. The Noriega branch has always stood out as the best one I’ve worked with. I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by so many wonderful employees over the years—Darren (I was sad to see him move to another branch), Luis (missed him when he went to Daly City), and most recently Kevin, whose last day was just a few days ago and I’m very sad to see him go. Other employees who made this branch feel special were Nancy and Mai. They always knew who I was without me even having to say anything, and that personal touch meant a lot. I was truly sad when they left. There was also a newer gentleman I liked—sharp, friendly—but he moved to the East Coast. Now that everyone who knew me has moved on, it’s going to feel a little different. You can’t expect every employee to know you by name, but that extra bit of familiarity really made a difference. One time I forgot my wallet and needed to withdraw money, and the only familiar face there was Kevin—he came to the rescue without hesitation. Their service was always exceptional, and every visit was pleasant. I haven’t been back since Kevin retired, but I wish him the very best—he deserves it! I don’t usually write reviews for banks, but with everyone I knew gone, I felt it was the right time to give them the credit they’re due. Thank you for the many years of great service, and I truly hope it continues for years to come!
