- DTDevon TaylorOct 4, 20252.0I would not bank Patelco. I regret even opening account with Patelco. They lock your card every 15 seconds. Their system is down all the time , I literally just did an instant transfer to my Patelco bank account and my money is not showing up in my account. So I was charged for the instant fee and never got an instant transaction, how does that work? I would advise anyone not to bank with Patelco their system is bad

- AAAlex AyalaJun 25, 20255.0Just wanted to give a shout out to Julius from the 2nd Street branch. Twice now he has gone out of his way to help me. Recently he helped me consolidate several IRA CDs. I was going to attempt the paperwork myself, but made a phone appointment with Julius instead. He saved me hours of work and saved me from having to fill out numerous forms. In addition, I didn't have to fax nor email forms back and forth. We accomplished all the appropriate tasks via our phone appointment. Kudos to Julius! I'm grateful to have a great contact at Patelco.
- SSSanjayJun 16, 20253.0I have been a member since 1994. No issues at all. But this recent issue made me write a review. Apparently my account was closed without my knowledge. I could not login to the online account. Along with this my credit card account was also closed. There were many auto payment denials. Not sure what really happened in the backend. Patelco did not want my business anymore.
