  Had to handle some business with Steven, so here I am. He's one of the associates at Fremont Bank, who helps me during my visits there. After my business was handled, I had that feeling I had to use the restroom real fast. We all know how 'restroom issues' can be, in San Francisco. Ok? The last time I was at this branch, the two man staff was kind enough to let me use their restroom. I really appreciate it. It seems the older I get the more I have to use a urinal. I noticed that the restroom was very well kept. And I made sure to leave that way when I left. Thus, I was on may way, happy. But that's not the case on the 28th. This day was a similar scenario until I asked one of the Fremont Bank associates, could I use the restroom. The answer was no. They kindly explained to me that, the restroom is for employees only, and then I was suggested to go and use the restroom at the Taco Bell across the street. They went from a top shelf classy branch, to something different. What could've Fremont Bank SF done better? 1). Express that restroom policy out the outset. This way, they're still in high regard. 2). Get the big picture. One of the number one problems that 'The City' has, is 'restroom issues.' Don't contribute to that problem. And 3). Reflect, and meditate on one of 'The Golden Rules.' It's true, crime, vandalism and and other serious concerns, establishments don't want to be complacent about. Still, displaying qualities like kindness & empathy - - look that word up, goes beyond banking.
