- AAAlzilaJun 13, 20255.0I have been a member with East west for a very long time. I tend to frequent this location a lot whenever I am in the area. Not the newest looking interior but clean and simple. The staffs here are very well trained, welcoming and listens closely to all of my needs. Also I never had a issue during my visits and I always leave satisfied. I can not think of another bank that has top notch customer service like them. I highly recommend anyone looking to open an account to visit them, they will take care of you. I definitely will be back!

- XSXiaodan SunSep 20, 20191.0I wish there is a zero star review, the service at this bank is really bad. They have good attitude but they are neither professional nor trying to help you. I saved money into my checking account but they messed up and put it in the saving, when I use my checking account it is complaining about overdraw. I called and confront them, they said it is not their responsibility. These types of things happen several times, I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Also when you call to ask anything, all they keep saying is you have to come in person before noon today... how can I working person come immediately for things the bank screwed up?
