  We have been managing our business accounts with East West Bank for some time now, and the experience has been excellent. The team at this branch is extremely helpful, responsive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make banking easy.   The atmosphere at East West Bank always feels welcoming, as all the staff are patient and easy to talk to. Branch Manager Rita really stood out with her excellent service during my last visit as she explained everything clearly and made sure I could follow each step. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant.

  Very bad customer service they’re so rude they won’t allow my dad to withdraw any money from my mom bank account they both share the bank account they don’t care about my mom that she is unable to leave the house because my mom had a stroke and fainted my mom she can’t go to the bank to withdraw money is this how bank employees treat customers when family members try to withdraw money from their mom bank account, is very stupid that it has to be my mom who can withdraw money from the bank account my mom her legs are weak and wobbly they only care about themselves not customers when their family is struggling to withdraw money to buy groceries etc, why guys bother being a bank teller or manger this is so unfair and very unprofessional can’t understand customers family members are struggling, never ever open a bank account with this bad bank, the employees should be fired immediately
