Repeated poor customer service of last 5 years or so fees and security not up to par. Molly at Taraval branch extremely friendly and professional but not effective. Opened a secured cc and much confusion after being initially told was approved and mailed after weeks with no correspondence received and recently with simplified banking fees in place last straw to finally close everything with Citi. Informed card in fact never approved/sent. Done with Citi. "It ends with us."

Nothing else could open it. Today, all computers could open an account. She told me to open an account for at least 40 minutes. It was nearly ten minutes. The account was successfully opened. The money was saved. Thank the manager for paying attention to this matter. I know the reason why I couldn't open an account several times. The shop assistant didn't want me to open it
