If you swipe your bank card and they know you by your passcode, they should just take care of you. This is why I do not use Citibank anymore. Update: the ATM machine miscalculated my deposit and the staff had no way to go into the machine and check on the money taken in. I will not use this location to use the ATM ever again.

I had a really simple issue to solve and since the beggning they made everything difficult. I am not a Citibank customer and never will be one after today’s experience. Simply horrible staff! *I went to another branch (Mission) and they solved my problem in less than 5 MINUTES*
