Additionally, once they saw my ID (which is from the U.S.), their behavior felt unusual and dismissive, possibly because of my accent. Overall, I found the staff to be unprofessional and rude during this interaction.

They actually make this branch feel like some local bank in a residential area, where everyone's a neighbor. Second, the location is just nice: walls, ceilings, art, and all. Has that old-time feel that's too heavy and pompous for most businesses but just right for a bank.
