  No me dejaron cobrar un cheque porque según ellos la firma no coincidía, esa misma mañana en otra sucursal la firma coincidía y pude cobrarlo.

  This is, without doubt, the worst bank in the Castro. Zero customer service, and they will keep you waiting. When they are available you probably won’t be greeted or acknowledged. For months I’ve put up with the abusive treatment. Today I told them off. And they laughed. Management here is absent. What a sad a sick joke of a bank.

  Nice people, but they blindly charged me ten dollars to withdraw my own money. I'd have just opened a checking account to avoid the fee, but my CD was already closed. Can't say I'll be back. update: Hi Kevin. We'd have to review this further because the only thing we'd charge for a CD is an early withdrawal penalty that would have been disclosed to you before your request to close was completed. It sounds like you did this closure in person at the branch, correct? No matter how you closed it, all we can do is connect with you and no guarantees a refund check can be honored when the account is already closed with no other accounts to possibly credit.
