Got up at 9:00 am, tried to deposit a check via mobile app. However, the amount is too large and the app won't allow. Went to this branch, but they opens at 10:00 am. Headed home, back to the branch after 10. When it's my turn, the teller told me to use the mobile app. I told her I couldn't. She seemed lying and said that all system were down at that moment and told me to go outside and use the ATM. Drove to other branch to deposit my check and avoided to use this branch.

Then the manager rushed over, interrupted, and said the staff was wrong — there was a fee. So I immediately went to check the official website, and it clearly said there’s no fee. The manager just stood there, forcing a fake smile and saying nothing. Honestly, I don’t even know what kind of manager that is. I was speechless.
