  This branch really sucks. It took me almost 3 hours just to deposit a check. Got up at 9:00 am, tried to deposit a check via mobile app. However, the amount is too large and the app won't allow. Went to this branch, but they opens at 10:00 am. Headed home, back to the branch after 10. When it's my turn, the teller told me to use the mobile app. I told her I couldn't. She seemed lying and said that all system were down at that moment and told me to go outside and use the ATM. Drove to other branch to deposit my check and avoided to use this branch.

  The manager of this shop really has an issue. I asked one of the staff members if there was any fee for exchanging foreign currency on the mobile app. The staff said no. Then the manager rushed over, interrupted, and said the staff was wrong — there was a fee. So I immediately went to check the official website, and it clearly said there’s no fee. The manager just stood there, forcing a fake smile and saying nothing. Honestly, I don’t even know what kind of manager that is. I was speechless.

  The associate was courteous and nice but she did not take care of my fathers account. He is a senior and Citibank keeps charging him $25 monthly. He is on a low fixed income. She promised that seniors get free accounts and she would fix this for him. But over a month later, he received another $25 fee. It will be a pain during covid to have to change his bank with his direct deposit. We cant get any help on chat and cant get through to the 1 800 number
