There's always the threat of fees, the requirements keep changing, CITI online is obnoxious, and there is no interest on the money you deposit. On a positive note, a couple of the staff who work at this branch have been pretty awesome and work hard to mitigate the problems customers face from this Texas-based bank. Overall though, CITI is not just worth it.
