I have been banking with Citi for over 20 years and the service is uneven - beginning in New York City in their private bank group. BUT this particular branch is usually well managed (managers are changed regularly as they get promoted), low staff turn over so they are familiar with you. They greet you and you feel welcomed. Service is fast. Also, dog friendly. I like the fact that the branch is large and airy with seating so you can wait if you need to for special services. About 10 years ago they had a manager that was abysmal, I complained, and stopped going to that branch for awhile, and happily she was moved on. There is WiFi too. There is a wheelchair accessible ATM height one. There is no parking or drive through.
