  This has always been my and my dog’s favorite Citibank branch. All the ladies here — Andrea, Ama, Karen, Naila, Leila — are so warm, welcoming, helpful, and efficient. It truly feels like visiting old friends every time we come in. They even treat my fur baby like a VIP client. imagine my horror when I found out this branch will be disbanding soon. Utter shock shock shock and sadness. It’s disappointing to see this amazing team being split up and transferred separately. I wish them all the best of luck in their new locations. I guess the silver lining is that now I get to explore other Citibank branches where the ladies end up.

  Andrea and Naila there are the most wonderful ladies. I go to post street and mission and west portal . city bank and horrible service. They are always willing to help me . They are always making me feel comfortable and wanting to come back . The girls Ama and Karen are so sweet! I just don’t like that if you don’t have direct deposit you maintain 30k for the fees to be waived. The girls when over my options but I wish we can keep an amount like the 1500 and avoid the monthly service. I heard that the girls are not going to the new branch and that is so sad . I come here to see them
