Moreover, when I made my first deposit, no one told me that my money will be on hold for 10 day as a new account. I understand the policy, but why no one told me? The banker was not helpful either - I was trying to get the promotion deal and he could not clearly explain anything. I will not go ever to this branch. I hope other citi offices have better services.
