- SBSteph BergloffMay 2, 20132.0I wrote an elaborate review on Yelp about how horrible this place treated me after they recieved my bail money...but it has been conveniently deleted. I decided to try it out here. Basically, they charged my cc as cash...and I had to pay multiple fees with my cc company because of that. I would have just paid cash...had they told me in advance. My brother's case was never filed...so the judge ordered that my bail be returned to me. I tried contacting the manager, but he is hardly there...and apparently leaves early on Fridays. Weeks later I get ahold of him...and manager Bob explained that he couldn't return my money because he didnt have it. He blamed their insurance co. So, I called them. The insurance company stated they had nothing to do with it...and contacted Bob on my behalf. Minutes later the insurance agent called me back explaining that manager Bob told her that although there was a court order, he was not obligated to return my brothers bail. He sees it as my payment for his services...man hes expensive 1200 bucks...that he has for 10 mins of paperwork. This place is a joke...
