Unfortunately, recent experiences with tellers and bankers have left me feeling discriminated against, a stark contrast to the values I believed the bank upheld. The way clients, including myself, are treated is disheartening. Based on similar reviews, I recommend exploring other banking options. I am dissatisfied with the management and communication levels, prompting me to seek a different financial institution.

While this individual clearly needs assistance Ryan attempted to help while also balancing the need of others in line to accomplish our transactions. Ryan, thank you for your service and know that we appreciate you and your willingness to help those that come into the Wells Fargo San Dimas. - EEEva EriksenJun 13, 20193.0One of the things I like best about this branch is the ATM that they have in the lobby. Sometimes I don't want $20 and this allows anything between $1 and $20. What I don't like is the smell of the place. They seriously need to get rid of the carpeting and replace it with tile. Then they would be able to disinfect the floor.
