The customer service at Torrey Pines Bank now Western Alliance has always been on point. The team there is friendly, easy to talk to, and the whole vibe just feels welcoming every time you walk in. It’s one of those branches where everything runs smoothly because the people actually care about what they’re doing. And a lot of that comes back to Jesse. When he was at the Kearny Mesa branch full time, you could really feel the difference. He had this way of keeping things organized, calm, and super customer focused without ever making it feel uptight or corporate. Losing him at the branchwas definitely a hit at first, he was one of those people you could rely on to get things done right the first time. Even though he’s moved into an area manager role now, you can still tell the team carries the foundation he built. The way they handle things, the energy, the smoothness, it all reflects the standard he set while he was there.
