- NNNaTasha NorrisNov 10, 20251.0Went to open a checking account today because we have been having issues with our current banking institution. A friend of ours recommended Wells Fargo. However when we arrived we were told that no one would be available to help us open a personal checking account today. The words were fine, but it was said after a fashion that seemed to indicate that we were being rude for just waking into a bank to give them business. After all we should have instinctively known that these things require advance notice online, and why would we want to speak with a person at all if we could just spend hours trying to figure out how to do the whole process online with Wells Fargo’s complicated website.

- MMMary M.Sep 27, 20251.0Imagine going here to make a deposit, all tellers are talking to a “visitor” looks like an “ex-coworker” was there, all of then were talking and talking while the line of customers waiting was getting longer and longer; all of them saw us waiting and they kept talking, I was in line at least 20 minutes just waiting for the group to finish their conversation. During work hours personal visitors shouldn’t take priority over people doing business, time is precious, and we live in San Diego were most of us have to work or have kids to pick up from school, having to wait 20 to 25 minutes FOR NO REAL REASON, is unacceptable.

The management has no willingness to help or is too dumb to do so… Do yourself a favor and go to another branch
- LML MinimalistJul 7, 20251.0Ten people in line and they didn’t call another teller. And when I finally got to a teller (Raquel), she seemed new and unsure of what she was doing. She was pleasant, but not efficient. My usual short transaction took three times as long as it normally takes. I left with ten more people in line.
