At first she deposited one of the deposits I had ready then proceeded to ask me what the amount was cause she just put it in the till without even registering it in the computer!! She had to “balance herself” to make sure the amount was correct which took long and then had to now process it in the computer. I asked if there was anyone else who would be able to help me out because at this point I was already nervous and scared she would mess something else up with the deposits. They’re for the business I work at and if something isn’t right with the deposits I MYSELF am responsible for that money so of course I wanted someone else to help me out. She said no and continued but took LONG and I came on here cause it was the closest one and had somewhere to be after it. Do not come to this bank, they just waste your time.
- VNVeronica NewkirkFeb 19, 20251.0I have2/3 of a legitimate $20 bill and i googled where to exchage it and well fargo on 63 was suggested ....but when i get there the teller vianca apparently felt some type of way about me before we even spoke so as i showed the $20 to her b4 i could finish my question she was already shaking her head no ...she didn't ask to examine the bill or anything no if im wrong i apologize ahead of time ....but if its legal tender why was i told it wasnt accepted???? I feel like i was prejudged according to my look (clothes) well unfortunately i have to move so ...and Judged unfairly
