First she demanded that I put on my mask, even though I was talking to her through a thick wall of glass. I asked her if I needed to work with another teller, presumably her manager and her attitude shifted to less professional. Tiara filled our paperwork to do a transfer between accounts which is not what I wanted. I explained this to her and I noticed she kept tossing the paperwork at me with force. I asked for a cash envelope, that was flung in my direction without putting the money inside...I wouldn't have her as my teller again. Not a pleasant or professional experience.
