- CKClaire KonradNov 9, 20251.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the so-called poor excuse of a “bank manager,” by the name of Brenda. From the way she treated her employees, it was clear she had little regard for customers either. This used to be one of my favorite branches because the tellers were always friendly and helpful, but lately that experience has changed. It’s obvious why; the atmosphere has completely changed, and no one seems happy under her management. I’m honestly shocked that Wells Fargo allows someone like this to represent their standard of “excellent customer service.”
