- AAAngelDec 3, 20251.0This bank is horrible he racially profiled me because of the amount of (my )check that I cashed there before there’s a history of me in the system and he lied and said there was nothing in his system …he honestly was just a hater….he said what is this for I didn’t think it was his business and he said I got defensive I did because your asking this because I’m black …I mean he did the entire most basically going through a fraudulent procedure I was in disbelief and at times was ignoring me …smh he know …I know and god know why he did this crazy thing I’m still getting my money …so what my rent is late lol u reep what u sow… I just asked for the check back and he crumbled it so now it looks crazy don’t matter still getting my money 😂 look at ratings people most of these banks downtown have bad ratings and reviews

Had me second-guessing on whether I should have just went to the ATM, when in reality, if I didn’t feel safe using the ATM and felt like going inside, I could do so as pleased! An experience I didn’t appreciate , and therefore am giving a 1 star.

The tellers, if anything are a bit novice but for the most part there are rarely any lines for service, and things get taken care of without issue
