    Always long lines with maybe 2 but often less people working at the counter. The person that’s likely the supervisor just hangs out while the line grows and grows. Time to move on to a credit union.

    Employees showed no empathy when we tried walking in and have a talk. Although we described our situation which prohibited us from receiving help in the morning, we were told to make an appointment and come back. Never go there. Terrible customer service overall.

    I have cashed checks here before in the past when I was given checks from here and not once did they ever charge me a fee for cashing one of there own checks! This bank is just a joke. Ridiculous actually that they would change anyone for cashing one of there own checks? Who does that? They must be desperate for money if they are willing to nickle and dime customer a fee. How pitiful! I would never recommend anyone to waste time going into one of these banks to do any business with them. Glad I have Navy Federal. No fees at all! To top it off the line was to the door and they had more managers standing around than actual tellers. Get off your high horse and help a customer out instead of pretending to care and ask what we are there for like your going to help anyone. Unbelievable! Lucky they even get a star at all. I would rate them at a negative to be honest! Good luck if you bank here. I feel sorry for you. I really do! Go somewhere else.

    Me gustó porque pude abrir mi cuenta radicando en México y fue muy fácil. Lo malo fue que le dije a César Munoz que enviara mi tarjeta después de cierta fecha en la que yo regresaría de viaje y la enviaron cuando yo seguía allá, no tengo tarjeta y tengo que depositar con muy altas comisiones, no puedo ver mi estado de cuenta y me dicen que tengo que volver a ir para recogerla. Ya no me he podido comunicar por teléfono.
