They have constant security breaches so scammers get private information. My wife was recently attempted scammed and wasn't getting through over phone. We visited a branch and arrived at 4:20pm. The branch staff said we may not be able to get help because they close at 5pm. With all due respect, if you enter an establishment 40min before they close, they should stay however long it takes to help out, especially in an emergency situation.
