- MYMaggie YangDec 11, 20251.0I went to this branch at 3:30pm today and there were no other customers in the branch, but they refused to do the service for me even I was the only customer there at that time. There are 2 tellers and 2 loan officers and 1 branch manger onsite. The branch manager was very rude. I will file a formal complaint. I also plan to close my Wellsfargo account because their bad customer services at this branch. I really think Wellsfargo should close this branch because no one is actually doing their job there.
