    I guess I should have looked at Google maps to see the rating before I came here I miss an hour and a half of work this morning to come to the bank Waited for 10 minutes for the branch to open. When the employee open the door. I told her I wanted to open an account. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no. She said you'll have to get in line I said okay and now I'm 5th in line. Then she went behind the counter and called the new first person in line. Then when I got to be my turn I got her again. And she asked me if I would be okay with waiting until 10:30 I told her I already missed over an hour of work and I'm still not at work I mean are you kidding me there was nobody there Someone couldn't have helped me open a bank account so I could receive my paychecks No wonder they have 3.1 Stars ***After reply Edit*** I wasn't complaining about having to make an appointment I was complaining about being moved from first in line to last in line! Now I will complain about the appointment I DID go online to open the account... TWICE! The results for both attempts wells Fargo's system declined to allow me open the account and directed me to go to a branch to confirm my identity. (This part is just for you Dillon. We all know that this type of inconvenience is for our own security. You don't have to spell it out like you felt was needed regarding the convenience of appointments which I would have made if your system would have told me they were required. Which neither occurred when I was told to go to a branch by your system. Nor did it occur when I looked up the branch I chose to go to on Google maps. And why would I want to give you my full name when you didn't even bother to take the time to look at who you were replying AT because my Google user ID is my name. It's at the top of my review. What is your Full Name? And what negative things were you going to note in my wells fargo file if I gave you my full name 'or if you had chosen to invest 1 minute into discovering who you were speaking AT I bet I opened a bank account at wells fargo before you were born. A business we owned ran 8 million dollars through your branch in Chula Vista in 1984. I bet you weren't even born yet. What I do know for sure, Dillon is that when you own a bank and someone comes in wanting to give you their paycheck weekly in direct deposits because they're opening a business and are going to use..., were going to use your back for those business accounts as well.. and you have six employees and now zero customers because they were all served before me because I was moved to last... And especially if you see that your customer is an older person who may not have the ability to navigate your system online... Do you think it's really smart to go online and insult their intelligence? You know what branch it was at, you know what day it was, you know what time, you could look at the cameras and you can see the whole scenario for yourself, there were several employees that could have took a minute to talk to a new customer and open the account. How long does it take 15-20 minutes maximum?) Pretty good investment employees time 15-20 minutes clients investment in deposits from his payroll directly each week over the course of the Year $52,000 I'd have done it. How about the rest of you? Now back to the rest of you, don't go to hell's fargo. They don't want your money. They only want big money go somewhere else. I don't know where but go somewhere else, everywhere else will be better than wells fargo. I will not be opening an account at Wells Fargo now. I will not be opening a business account in January. I will not be opening another account in January for payroll. And seeing how my new business is helping people open distributorships for major Telecom companies I will not be recommending my new distributors open their business accounts at wells fargo either I will be recommending they do NOT do that... Thanks to you Dillon. And thanks to the young lady at the branch for not helping me.

    Shady bank. Denied my promotion I was eligible for on a checking account. Use another bank.

    I like this branch its close to everything, teller are nice and few customers here unless coincidence customers come at same time
