- DKDrew KossyAug 6, 20245.0I was a victim of bank account fraud by a hacker and very professional fraudster, I came in to this branch to deal with this very severe situation. After losing all my money, the employees of this branch wasted no time in comforting me and bending over backwards to get my money back along with opening up a new bank account for me. As someone who deals in customer service as my job, I have to say, Francisco, and bank manager Lyv, are some of the best employees I have ever witnessed. All of the employees are absolute rockstars and they really made me feel secure after dealing with my situation. Lyv reached out to me personally to see how I was holding up, checking in with me ever so often to make sure that as a customer, I was cared for and my voice was heard. Give both of these employees raises because they are 100% model employees and every member of staff should look to them on how to treat customers the right way.
