Go there to take care of a simple thing like putting an expiring CD back into your account - "Sorry, that needs a banker and we're very busy, you need to make an appointment." No, that takes like 5 minutes and I can see you're not busy. "Sorry, best we can do is next Monday." They don't care at all if they're incoveniencing you, just completely callous. I will be moving all my accounts from Wells Fargo in the near future.
