- SPShan POct 12, 20181.0Go in that branch talk to the teller, she told me to Sign in and I sit there wait for 20 minutes, no one from the bank come talk to me. And I can see not everyone is with a customer at the time. I will not go there again

- JDJohn DoeDec 22, 20151.0Excellent & Horrible (I'll provide a 2 sided review): The good: There is a woman in there who is beyond excellent and does her best to make sure things are squared away and the best option for the client (you). The bad: There is a gentleman who refuses to inform clients of their decision and will silently take your information like a soulless monster. He will use this tactic to intimidate you. Do not ask for his help if you know who he is. He probably gets incentives to lure you into problematic deals that wont be the best for you.

After several weeks of trying to get an update, I went into the branch where I was informed the "business banker" is no longer there. Obviously nobody from the branch bothered to inform me and since the business bankers email and voice mail were still up and running I had no idea she had left. Mary, the branch manager, does not return my calls. I am a "Platinum" account, meaning I maintain a high account balance. I would not give this branch any stars except they do have one outstanding personal banker in Jennifer Nguyen.
