  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Frustrating Experience at Wells Fargo 4S Ranch Branch (92127) I had a very disappointing experience with Wells Fargo Bank today at the 4S Ranch branch. I went in this afternoon to complete a wire transfer for my out-of-state customer. The teller advised me to do it online since it would be cheaper, faster, and if submitted before 2:30 p.m., the recipient would receive the funds the same day. However, when I got home and tried to complete the transfer, I couldn’t proceed due to system restrictions and security issues. The online platform instructed me to visit a local branch again. So, I returned to the 4S Ranch branch. Since the transaction couldn’t be handled by a teller, I had to wait in the lobby for a business banker to become available. After waiting for about 35 minutes, the same-day wire cutoff time had already passed. Stephanie Chavez, the Business Relationship Banker, assisted me and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with the corporate office trying to troubleshoot the issue. With help from the branch manager, they were finally able to process the wire manually — but it cost me $40. When I received the receipt, I noticed that it did not display the recipient’s name or business name I had provided — only the account number. When I asked why, I was told that because it was a large commercial account, the system doesn’t show that information and she did not have access to see that. This explanation makes no sense for proper documentation and IRS record-keeping. When I raised this concern, Ms. Chavez mentioned an example of her personal wire transfer for a Tesla purchase, which was completely irrelevant. I explained that personal and business accounts are different in terms of record-keeping, but she responded that this was beyond her expertise or knowledge of IRS requirements. In total, it took me over two hours to complete a simple wire transfer. This is not the level of professionalism or efficiency I would expect from a major bank like Wells Fargo. In contrast, my experiences with my local credit union have been far better — faster service, personalized attention, and staff who know me by name. If you’re a small business owner or someone who values efficiency and quality customer service, I highly recommend choosing a credit union instead of Wells Fargo.

  Shady shady shady. They keep purchases pending for up to a week and will delay your direct deposit to overdraft you. Scummiest of the banks

  I like this Wells Fargo location a lot but Yadiri made my day bad first she was treating me suspicious 🤨 I was 🤔 ask ur verification Questions then treat someone suspicious if u get wrong answer I also requested for new $100 bills she didn’t provide it to me even though she had the new bills so I’m requesting the manager at this location to hire welcoming professionals not someone who ruins costumers day.
