There is no physical way to talk to a human being at this bank, and if you try to call the phone number listed on the USAA website AND GOOGLE, it does not put you intouch with anyone at that location. It will however put you intouch with a series of people who will not have any idea what they are doing and have very poor listening skills. Once you figure out you are NOT talking to someone who knows what they are doing then they will transfer you to someone equally worthless and you can enjoy authenticating your identity each time you are transfered. I have never received satisfactory services from their phone system in under an hour.
