I was quickly helped not only once but twice in a time of high stress, by Armando being KIND, professional, knowledgeable and patient. I was frantic trying to get a couple of things ironed out AFTER I talked to “customer service” in the phone, and got me not only answers but SOLUTIONS. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.
